1. About Studio Sable

Studio Sable Ltd. is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business in Gateshead, UK. We provide local SEO services, Google Business Profile optimisation, and related digital marketing services to small businesses and tradespeople in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing any service from Studio Sable, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services

Studio Sable offers the following service plans:

Standard (Monthly) — £397/month

Monthly reporting

Pro (Quarterly) — £997/quarter

Everything in Standard

Pro (Yearly) — £3,970/year

Everything in Pro Quarterly
Basic website build included
Billed annually — saving of £794 vs monthly

The scope of each plan will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Studio Sable reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of a missed or failed payment.

4. The 90-Day Top 3 Guarantee

4.1 What We Guarantee

Studio Sable guarantees that your Google Business Profile will rank in the top 3 results on Google Maps for your agreed primary keyword within 90 days of the commencement date, subject to the conditions set out below.

4.2 If the Guarantee Is Not Met

If your profile has not reached the top 3 within 90 days, Studio Sable will, at its discretion, either:

Continue to provide the service at no additional charge until the top 3 ranking is achieved; or
Issue a full refund of the amounts paid.

The remedy offered will be communicated to the client in writing within 7 days of the 90-day period ending.

4.3 Conditions of the Guarantee

The guarantee is only valid where all of the following conditions are met:

The client has provided Studio Sable with full access to their Google Business Profile within 5 business days of purchase.
The client has not made unauthorised changes to their Google Business Profile during the 90-day period without prior written approval from Studio Sable.
The client has responded to reasonable requests for information, approvals, or assets within 5 business days.
The agreed primary keyword has not been changed after commencement.
The client's Google Business Profile was not suspended, penalised, or removed by Google during the period due to reasons outside Studio Sable's control.

4.4 No Existing Website

Where the client does not have an existing website at the time of purchase, the 90-day guarantee period is extended by an additional 90 days (making a total of 180 days). This extension exists because a new domain requires time to accumulate domain authority, which directly affects Google Maps ranking performance. The client will be informed of this extension in writing at the start of the engagement.

4.5 Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply where ranking is affected by:

Google algorithm changes or updates outside Studio Sable's control
Pre-existing penalties or violations on the client's Google account
Highly competitive markets where top 3 placement is unreasonable within the timeframe
Force majeure or other circumstances beyond Studio Sable's reasonable control

5. Refund Policy

Studio Sable does not offer refunds except where the 90-day top 3 guarantee has not been met and all conditions in clause 4.3 have been satisfied.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Studio Sable within 14 days of the 90-day period ending. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

No refunds will be issued where the client has not cooperated as required under clause 4.3, or where the client has cancelled their service mid-term without cause.

6. Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.

Quarterly and yearly plans may be cancelled at any time, however no pro-rata refund will be issued unless the 90-day guarantee conditions apply.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

7. Web Design Services

Studio Sable Ltd. offers standalone web design packages as well as website builds included within Pro SEO plans. The following terms apply to all web design engagements.

7.1 Packages

7.2 Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions as specified above. A revision is defined as a single round of consolidated feedback submitted in writing after the initial design is delivered. Revision rounds must be used before the site goes live. Additional revisions beyond those included in the package will be charged at £75 per round.

7.3 Timelines

Estimated go-live timelines are stated per package and begin from the date Studio Sable Ltd. receives all required content, assets, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by late submission of content or approvals by the client will extend the timeline accordingly and do not constitute a breach of these terms by Studio Sable Ltd.

7.4 Minimum Commitment and Cancellation

All web design packages carry a 3 month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 month period, the client may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period following cancellation.

7.5 Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted full ownership of the completed website design and content. Studio Sable Ltd. retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets used (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate business information, including name, address, phone number, and category
Grant Studio Sable access to the Google Business Profile and any other platforms reasonably required to deliver the service
Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
Not take actions that may conflict with or undermine the work being carried out by Studio Sable

9. Limitation of Liability

Studio Sable's total liability to the client under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.

Studio Sable is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of leads, customers, or revenue.

10. Changes to These Terms

Studio Sable reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
