1. About Studio Sable
Studio Sable Ltd. is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business in Gateshead, UK. We provide local SEO services, Google Business Profile optimisation, web design, and business automation services to small businesses globally, including clients in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and New Zealand.
By purchasing any service from Studio Sable, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Services
Studio Sable offers the following Local SEO service plans. Pricing is shown in the currency relevant to your region. Where your region is not listed, GBP pricing applies by default.

The scope of each plan will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region as set out in clause 2. Studio Sable reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of a missed or failed payment.
4. The 90-Day Top 3 Guarantee
4.1 Eligibility
The 90-day top 3 Google Maps guarantee applies exclusively to clients on the Quarterly and Annual plans. Clients on the Standard monthly plan are not eligible for the guarantee.
In addition to being on an eligible plan, all of the following criteria must be satisfied at the time of purchase. Eligibility is assessed at Studio Sable's sole discretion prior to the commencement of any engagement:
- The client has an active, functioning website at the time of purchase
- The client's Google Business Profile has been active and verified for a minimum of 6 months
- The client's Google Business Profile has a minimum of 10 published reviews at the time of purchase
- The competitive landscape of the client's target market is assessed by Studio Sable as achievable within the 90-day timeframe
Where a client does not meet one or more of these criteria, the guarantee does not apply. Studio Sable will communicate this clearly in writing prior to the start of the engagement. Clients who do not qualify for the guarantee may still purchase the service on its merits.
4.2 What We Guarantee
Studio Sable guarantees that your Google Business Profile will rank in the top 3 results on Google Maps for your agreed primary keyword within 90 days of the commencement date, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
4.3 If the Guarantee Is Not Met
If your profile has not reached the top 3 within 90 days and all conditions in clauses 4.1 and 4.4 have been met, Studio Sable will continue to provide the service at no additional charge until the top 3 ranking is achieved.
No refund will be issued under any circumstances where the guarantee is not met. This reflects the fact that the work has been carried out in full during the engagement period. The remedy is continued service, not a refund.
4.4 Conditions of the Guarantee
The guarantee is only valid where all of the following conditions are met throughout the engagement period:
- The client has provided Studio Sable with full access to their Google Business Profile within 5 business days of purchase
- The client has not made unauthorised changes to their Google Business Profile during the 90-day period without prior written approval from Studio Sable
- The client has responded to reasonable requests for information, approvals, or assets within 5 business days
- The agreed primary keyword has not been changed after commencement
- The client's Google Business Profile was not suspended, penalised, or removed by Google during the period due to reasons outside Studio Sable's control
4.5 Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply where ranking is affected by:
- Google algorithm changes or updates outside Studio Sable's control
- Pre-existing penalties or violations on the client's Google account
- Highly competitive markets where top 3 placement is assessed as unreasonable within the timeframe, as determined at the eligibility stage
- Force majeure or other circumstances beyond Studio Sable's reasonable control
5. Refund Policy
Studio Sable does not offer refunds on any service. Where the 90-day top 3 guarantee applies and is not met, the remedy is continued service at no additional charge, as set out in clause 4.3. No monetary refund will be issued in any circumstance.
This policy exists because work is delivered throughout the engagement period. Cancelling a service mid-term does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid.
6. Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
Quarterly and annual plans may be cancelled at any time, however no pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused portion of the term.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
7. Web Design Services
Studio Sable Ltd. offers standalone web design packages as well as website builds included within Pro SEO plans. The following terms apply to all web design engagements.

7.2 Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions as specified above. A revision is defined as a single round of consolidated feedback submitted in writing after the initial design is delivered. Revision rounds must be used before the site goes live. Additional revisions beyond those included in the package will be charged at the equivalent of £75 per round in the client's local currency.
7.3 Timelines
Estimated go-live timelines are stated per package and begin from the date Studio Sable Ltd. receives all required content, assets, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by late submission of content or approvals by the client will extend the timeline accordingly and do not constitute a breach of these terms by Studio Sable Ltd.
7.4 Minimum Commitment and Cancellation
All web design packages carry a 3 month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 month period, the client may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period following cancellation.
7.5 Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted full ownership of the completed website design and content. Studio Sable Ltd. retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets used (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information, including name, address, phone number, and category
- Grant Studio Sable access to the Google Business Profile and any other platforms reasonably required to deliver the service
- Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
- Not take actions that may conflict with or undermine the work being carried out by Studio Sable
9. Advertising and Tracking
9.1 Use of Advertising Platforms
Studio Sable runs paid advertising campaigns on behalf of its own business using Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising platforms. These campaigns may be used to generate enquiries, promote services, and reach prospective clients across our operating markets.
9.2 Meta Pixel and Tracking
The Studio Sable website (studiosable.com) uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The Meta Pixel collects data about visitor behaviour on our website — including pages visited, time spent, and actions taken — and sends this information to Meta to enable us to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertisements
- Build custom audiences for retargeting purposes
- Optimise ad delivery to people likely to be interested in our services
Data collected via the Meta Pixel may be processed by Meta outside of your home country. Meta acts as a data processor in relation to this data. For further information, see Meta's Data Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
9.3 Google Ads Tracking
Our website may use Google Ads conversion tracking and/or Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC. These tools collect data about visits to our website and actions taken, which we use to measure ad performance and improve our campaigns. 9.4 Lead Form Data
Where prospective clients submit their details via a Meta lead form or any contact form on our website, the information collected — including name, phone number, email address, and business details — will be used solely for the purpose of responding to the enquiry and, where applicable, following up regarding Studio Sable's services. This data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of the platforms used to deliver our services, including our CRM system.
9.5 Consent and Cookie Notice
By continuing to use the Studio Sable website after being presented with our cookie notice, you consent to the use of tracking technologies as described in this clause and in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us directly at [email protected].
10. Data Protection
10.1 United Kingdom
For clients based in the United Kingdom, Studio Sable Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our lawful basis for processing data collected through advertising and lead generation activities is legitimate interests, where we have assessed that our interests in marketing our services do not override the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned. Where consent is required — such as for cookie-based tracking — we obtain this separately. 10.2 European Union
For clients based in the European Union, Studio Sable Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, EU GDPR). As a controller established outside the EU that offers services to EU individuals, Studio Sable complies with the obligations set out in Chapter V of the EU GDPR regarding transfers of personal data to third countries. Our lawful basis for processing EU client data is typically the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) or, where applicable, legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). EU data subjects have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port their personal data, and to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. 10.3 United States
For clients based in the United States, Studio Sable Ltd. collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. 10.4 New Zealand
For clients based in New Zealand, Studio Sable Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). We collect personal information only for lawful purposes directly related to our business activities and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. 11. Limitation of Liability
Studio Sable's total liability to the client under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
Studio Sable is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of leads, customers, or revenue.
12. Changes to These Terms
Studio Sable reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 United Kingdom Clients
For clients based in the United Kingdom, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.2 United States Clients
For clients based in the United States, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where such choice of law is prohibited by applicable US federal or state law. In such cases, the laws of the state in which the client is domiciled shall apply. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before legal proceedings are commenced.
13.3 European Union Clients
For clients based in the European Union, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales to the extent permitted by applicable EU law. Nothing in these terms shall deprive EU consumers of any mandatory protections afforded to them under the law of their country of residence.
13.4 New Zealand Clients
For clients based in New Zealand, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory provisions of New Zealand law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these terms shall limit any rights available to New Zealand clients under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
